Common questions

I didn't get a sign-in or sign-up code. Check your spam folder, then use "Resend code". Codes are valid for a short time only.

I forgot my password. Choose "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in page and we will email you a code to set a new one.

How do I cancel Pro? If you bought it on our website, go to Settings → Membership → Manage billing. If you bought it in the iPhone or Android app, cancel it in your phone's subscription settings (on iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions).

How do I block or report someone? Open their profile, tap "…" and choose Block or Report. You can see and undo blocks in Settings → Profile → Blocked people.

How do I delete my account? Go to Settings → Profile → Delete account, or read how account deletion works.

Someone invited me, but I don't have an account. Sign up with the email address the invitation was sent to, and you will be added to the conversation.
