Delete your CorrespondR account

You can delete your account yourself at any time, in the app or on the website:

1. Sign in at app.correspondr.com, or open the CorrespondR app on your phone or computer.
2. Go to Settings → Profile.
3. Under Account & preferences, choose Delete account and follow the steps. We email you a 6-digit code to confirm it is really you.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, email address, photo, job title, company, bio and settings.
• The files and pictures you shared.
• Your sign-in account, your notification settings and devices, and your purchase history with our payment partners.

What stays

• Messages you wrote in shared conversations stay for the other participants, shown as from "Deleted user", so their conversations still make sense.
• Conversations with nobody else in them are deleted. Where you were the only admin, the longest-standing member becomes admin.

Subscriptions

• A Pro subscription bought on our website stops renewing. People you gave Pro keep it until the end of the paid period.
• A subscription bought in the App Store or Google Play is billed by Apple or Google. Deleting your account does not cancel it: cancel it in your phone's subscription settings.

Can't sign in?

Email info@correspondr.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm it is you and delete it within 30 days.
