Good to know
- Which currency?
- Prices are in US dollars, and nothing is added on top at checkout. Payment is by card through Stripe.
- Who counts as a person on the Organization plan?
- Everyone with a CorrespondR account at your company's verified email domain. New colleagues join by themselves, and the bill follows the number of people, never fewer than the seats you bought. Remove someone who leaves and they stop counting from the next bill.
- Can my company try it first?
- Yes. Everyone can use CorrespondR for free, and a few people can have Pro before the whole company moves.
- Already paying for Pro?
- When your company gets the Organization plan, you switch over without paying twice: the time you have not used is credited.
